2. DELETION OF PERSONAL SPACE AT THE PUBLISHER’S INITIATIVE
The user is informed that the publisher reserves the right to delete the personal space of any user who contravenes these Terms of Use, particularly in the following cases:
- If the user uses the site for illegal purposes.
- If the user deliberately provides incorrect information when creating their personal space.
- If the user has not been active in their personal space for at least one year.
If the publisher decides to delete the user’s personal space for any of the reasons mentioned above, this does not constitute any form of damage to the user, and the user may not seek legal recourse. The deletion of the account does not preclude the publisher from initiating legal action against the user for any violations of the terms.
